What we store, and who can see it.
What a free check and an audit keep, and how to have it deleted.
What we store
The free check
You enter a website address. The check reads that site’s public pages; it does not log in or need access to anything. No name or email is required to see the result. [To be provided by the founder: how long check results are kept]
Messages from the contact form
The contact form sends your email address, website, market, question and scan reference, if you give one, to our server, with the page language, the label of the link or ad that led you here, and the time. We keep them only to answer you and delete them 12 months after they were sent; copies in our backups are deleted within a further 14 days. They are not used for advertising and never sold.
Reviewed audits
An audit reads public pages and stores short excerpts as evidence. Reports are prepared on our own infrastructure and are never published.
Where it runs
[To be provided by the founder: hosting company and country]
Analytics and trackers
None on this site. No analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed is loaded. The check service counts, per day and language, how many checks start and finish and which next step is chosen on the result page, with the label of the link or ad that led to the check. These daily totals contain no address, no cookie and nothing that identifies you.
